Purchased G+1+2 a commercial complex in an extent of 66 Square Yards, nearest to the Baba’s Prasanthi Ashram situated at Shirdinagar Main Road, Palangi Village, Undrajavaram Mandalam , East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.

Sai Adhyathmika Seva Nilayam, the existing old building g opposite to Sai Prasanthi Ashram was renovated & constructed Commercial and Devotional Space in the name and style of SRI SAI BABA CHAVADI in the Ground Floor, with the donations from the various persons and devotees, for the purpose of Sri Sai Baba Sacharitra Parayana and Dhyanam daily by the devotees and the same was Inaugurated by the Honourable Civil Supplies Minister Dr. Sri. Karumuri Venkata Nageswara Rao. This holy premises was gifted to the devotees with a lot of dedication and commitment.

We have constructed Sai Mini Function Hall – A/C in the upstairs of the above Sai Adhyatmika Seva Niliyam and the same was inaugurated by Sri. Dasi Raju Garu, Revenue Divisional Officer, Bhimavaram on 30:03.2023 on the auspicious occasion Sri Rama Navami . The said building has been used to give to the devotees and general public with an affordable charges to all groups of people for functions, marriages, occasions and to also conduct meetings, seminars, motivation classes and career guidance programmes to all the students regularly.

We have purchased a site an extent of 60 Square Yards West & North Corner Facing and also very adjacent to the existing Chavadi .
All the above activities and achievements got succeeded through the Active Initiation and Hard Efforts by the Founder Secretary, Mr.V.V.L. Nagaraju duly obtaining the needful cooperation and coordination from all the well-wishers, Donars, Devotees and interested public in general time and again continuous support.
